I ABSOLUTELY disagree with your supposition that people who 'hang around and bash' a stock by definition have a financial intrest in the stock. Those who hang around and bash a stock "DO" have an interest in that stock. No matter how bad they knock the stock, they ARE trying to make money on the stock. Would you mind telling me exactly how I could make money bashing a penny stock? The only way that I can think of would be to short the stock. In the US that would have to be done illegally. And you would have to either BE, or be in colusion with a market maker. Now. It would be MUCH easier for someone to hang out on a stock bulletin board and -promote- a stock and have an ulterior motive. Since it is legal to own shares of a penny stock. I could buy the stock at a nickel, and hype hype hype away and perhaps help the stock up to a quarter selling all the way. This would be especially fun if I were to have inside information like prior knowledge of a news release... Anyway. To say that simply because someone 'hangs around and bashes' a penny stock is proof de facto that the stock is legitimate and soon to rise (as you have opined in previous posts) is simply faulty logic. Plain and simple It would be the same as me coming on here and saying that you (and others) are simply playing a shell game with potential investors in this company, all the while discrediting the voice of reason on the thread (the hanging around bashers). But of course I am not saying that. :) Good luck out there... and THINK THINK THINK!!! It is YOUR MONEY. cAPSLOCK
