I agree totally. I recently got tons of junk mail after a speeding ticket. I lived in Oregon recently and, if anyone doesn't remember, the Driver License numbers of everyone in the state was "accidently" published on the web. It was quickly removed, but I saw an advertisement in the back of a magazine a few months later that was selling CDROMs of all of that info.
