Andreas,

All the price rise in
internet brokerage..........
**FVH**, Fahnestock, the MM you see on Level2, also owns Freedom Investments.
**FVH** had a loss last Q from the MM
side of the business per OCT and NOV volatility.
**FVH** at 14 1/2 down from 22+ has a PE of 15. and get this a BOOKVALUE of
$13.28. Cash of over $9 (projected earnings 99 0f 2.50)

When it gets noted that "they do I-net brokerage" there is a little catching up to do. They
have far better numbers than NBD, JBOH, SEIB,
and all others that have risen with extremely small profits.

attached is a footer from FREEDOM website:
Started in 1994, Freedom Investments, Inc. is a member of the New York Stock
Exchange, NASD, and SIPC.
Freedom is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fahnestock & Co., Inc. of New York. Our
mission is simple:
Provide our clients with the most reliable order entry and account management system in
the industry at a
competitive price.

Looks like a net brokerage firm to me and the numbers speak for themselves, --------
this'un just needs a little attention for a 8 point run......
-- for discloseure holding 500 shares here and will buy more if vol starts moving up on this one.
