Steve:

I may be way off base. I personally think ESV is in very good shape. Plenty of cash. Current liabilities are in order. I thought I read recently that ESV sold approximately 5 deals to another contract driller. I thought management did this to save on equipment wear n tear. If they didn't walk away from work, the sudden change in their earnings really baffle me. I don't hold myself out to know this business at all. Only the fundamental low PE ratio keeps me interested. If I'm right on the cause of the loss of income and ESV is turning away work because of the cost of doing business VS their equipment hard cost. There in a great position to turn around when OIL becomes for profitable to provide.

However, even if I'm wrong, I still think ESV is a good hold...
