Announces Film Agreement With 'No Mercy' Featuring Popular Latin Favorite Marty Cintron MIAMI, Oct. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Royal Pictures, Inc. (OTC-Bulletin Board: RPIX) announced today that it has signed an agreement with Marty Cintron of the Latin musical pop group No Mercy to begin producing a new motion picture to be titled "Neon Dreams."
