net_earnings. I am the last to write badly about a company and I can' even begin to describe the frustration I underwent with tis company. Suffice it to say I handed him a list of 100 stocks which included some of alternates about the time I began speaking of it on this thread, which was well advance notice. After I sent him the list on a Wednesday, when he said 'give me 24 hours' to customize the calendar. By next Wednesday I got another e mail that they were snowed in for 3 days and could not do it. 3 days in New York and he didn't have a computer at home?

He then said give him another 24 hours, which I did. I sent him e-mail after email..days later he said "you think you are my only customer" people pay me $1,500 for my calendars. I said why didn't you say you needed weeks to do the calendar....etc..

I kept getting repeats of the 800 stocks day after day with none of mine on the list at all.

If a last ditch effort to save at least February's calendar I gave him a puny list of 40 stocks figuring how can he botch that. The answer two days later: You sent it to me you should have sent it to my data entry staff. My first thought was why didn't you just pass it to them yourself. Add to the fact that the e-mail address he gives on his website doesn't get to him at all. If I were to list the worst service I ever had, this company has got to take the prize. So I went back to First call. They are professional, curteous, knowledgeable and a breath of fresh air after what I went through. Not the least of which was posting that the calendar would be ready and it was not any where near being ready. and of course I did not sign the contract that would have tied me to this 'businessman' for 12 months without any clause to break it if I wasn't satisfied. If I can derive any satisfaction from my unfortunate experience its in passing this post to the thread to prevent any of you from going through the same ordeal.
