Well, here's my two cents. I think this is fantastic news. The settlement with two of the three groups in the involentary bankruptcy case gives LONE tremendous leverage against Black Sea to settle the case. Because now if the Judge dismisses the case or it is settled in LONE's favor, Black Sea runs the risk of being hit with damages paid to LONE that could wipe out their debenture position and more. They are the only one standing now. My guess is that they settle within a month.

I like the fact that shares aren't coming out of the vault on these either. Smart . . . very smart. I'm not sure who said it, but just because this case gets settled, dismissed, whatever, doesn't mean the other case will. Remember, this case was in retalliation for the RICO suit. I believe LONE will not drop that case no matter the outcome here. There are some of the same players in both cases, but there are also some different faces.

One more thing. life1.com New web site. Email has changed which might explain the trouble getting a response from Jane. Maybe she never got them? Who knows.
