If I were the CEO and looking to sell if it would help the price I got for my product I would call Popular Mechanics. Anyone that would listen would be in on the meetings and I would take pictures and have them sent to Eisner overnight with a card saying "Wish you were here" I tucked the shares into the back of my mind.
