The MovieFone deal is almost a wash from the Excite sale, and is no big deal:

AOL To Buy MovieFone In $388 Million Stock Deal.

and

AOL sold more than 4.9 million Excite shares for nearly half a billion dollars, according to AOL spokeswoman Tricia Primrose.

So AOL still has a net of over 100 million from the Excite sale to figure out what to do with.

Frank.. I have a question,
I just ran some numbers and I calculated it would take approx 2.269mm shares or 1/2 of 1% of outstanding shares to do the deal. With so few shares needs, could that still <weigh(s) on the performance of the stock> IYO?
