I'm afraid your calculations are invalid. I just got off of the phone with John Ward Rotter of PWCC, or I would have responded more promptly. Your errors are multiple. In fact, I can't figure out how you developed several of your numbers. Please see the edgar filings, both for PWCC and Flashnet. Then, when you are even remotely in the ballpark, develop a reasonable share price for Flashnet based on appropriate market cap divided by shares outstanding. Then, multiply that times the number of shares PWCC will hold.
