Thanks for visiting. For the full story, suggest you do a search at the publications library at WSJ.com. Cooper is widely credited with turning around Keytronics and saving Advanced Gravis, turning it around and making a sale to Fortune Brands.

The problem for Advanced Gravis shareholders is that the stock was touted as a takeover candidate, bidding the price up on speculation...when the deal was done it was done at a rational price.
