Here's a question for the TA folks. If I call up a daily graph of BII and tell it to put in a SMA with a period of 20, and it shows at about $6 as of today, does that match up with the 20 days $ requirement that we need to satisfy the listing requirements? Once it hits $7.50 of course. TIA, Margie

As I stated, and you confirmed,private placement not complete (no cash). BII desperately needs the cash to pay old bills. So what, they filed , they have yet to receive ANY approvals.As usual you're reading between the lines again . I guess that comes with watching the churning BII wheel of misfortune .BURN rate shows BII running on empty. Do the math, if that is possible. I'd like to nominate you for garbage man or women of the month, you sure can spew it. PS: you continue to exhibit your religious type fervor for this mutt, it really is quite pathetic and very sad.
