...nothing is for sure with this company!

heatseeker,

You're right on that, and neither are our opinions! Of course I don't know, but I would have guessed the initial shipments would have been higher, like around 3-4 thousand. I guess we'll know someday.

LAWSUIT UPDATE

I called the courthouse today and asked the court clerk if there had been any filings since Jan 6 th ( which was the last one ) and she said there wasn't.

I asked her about the time line versus the 90 days the judge put out the last decision and she said it sometimes takes a couple of extra days since our decision was put out on a friday afternoon.

She told me to call back this friday and check in. Hopefully something will have been filed by either side with regard to the depositions and the motions.

I don't have the slightest idea what is going on right now with this whole deal about the 90 days etc, but that is what the judge put in the motion. It would seem to me that if nothing has been filed, something must be going on behind the scenes.

who the hell knows, maybe we haven't filed anything because we are negotiating a settlement, Hell, I'm not a lawyer, I sure don't have the slightest idea, but its FUN TO DREAM

Who said anything about 4000 units?... NOT the company...

From PR 2/1/1999:
"Without a major marketing push, PMA was fifth out
of thirteen in the entire personal finance retail market for the month of December."

5th of 13 with only 3000 copies?
I don't think so... that doesn't say much for the competition #'s 6-13... that would give them less than 3000 copies sold each.

and this doesn't say 4000 copies to me...
From PR 9/22/1998:
"The Inc. magazine Special Editions, combined with targeted retail sales anticipated to be effected through national chains such as Best Buy, Staples, Office Max, Comp USA, and Circuit City, should hopefully allow us to meet our sales goal of four million dollars in the next two quarters," said Jack Ben Ezra, President and CEO.
