Hello charred;

Please don't misconstrue the big payments to Fung and Nihon, what their respective company's received were fees that in actuality was below the industry standard. These fees were not payed to them directly as it was made out to sound, it went to their company's. This was work that would have been payed for to other firms.Also a TSE spokesperson said it was acceptable, so I would be content with they had to say on the matter over what a hack with an agenda had to insinuate??

If I recall, their were purchases by some directors taking place before Christmas, not a great amount but purchases none the less??

Also as for the options, it was voted on and accepted by the shareholders of the company, so if they can accept it, why is there such a big deal over it??

Did you see the release last week in regards the improvements for the Sna Gregorio Mine, costs down, and drilling has proven up more, mining efficiencies increased, and milling and production increased as well.

OH and yes the cash costs have improved as well??

With regards,Frank

Hi Charred,

We are still at odds with respect to our opinion of Crystallex.

I have always maintained that management and directors should hold more than a token amount of shares. With respect to the exercise of options, shareholders had the SAME choice to make (ie. hold, buy or sell) when the stock was at $11.00, what's your point? My eyes are wide open, I guess its your ears that are closed as well (LOL!).

The post that was made by that uninformed person was clearly not substantiated by any measure. At least you tried to follow this saga, even if you have misplaced a few facts!
