Looks like XTON may be resuming its upward momentum. Up 13% on nearly double average volume, on a generally crappy day in the markets.

Approves Initial Public Offering Of Inteletek

Directors has approved the restructuring of Applied Cellular Technology, including the spin-off of Inteletek, Inc., its computer group, in an initial
