I thought it was a botched up bank robbery where the "alleged" suspects steel an armored car
lead a high speed chase through various streets of a large metropolis. While
going over a bridge they overturn. The back doors fly open and the bags of
money fly open dropping thousands of dollars into the river below, resulting in a cash flow.
