The 110 5010 (was the left over from the half of 280 after subtracting the 30 shipped in the current quarter. I did not realize so many of the first 120 went to the "gods", but then I worked for a short period in the early 90' near one of these godly units at a reserach outfit, and I presume there could indeed be 120 in that class. Why, the defense department probably has half of these at their various locations (G). I was under the impression that most of the R&D Excimer lasers units came from smaller outfits. We even have a small outfit here in town custom building some excimer (mostly for ablation micromachining). Zeev
