Islero Probably A Test of Emerald Mountain

The Columbian Government, through Ecopetrol, has some say in the drilling of its association contract partners. IMO Islero was drilled first to test the southern boundaries of the SEV Emerald Mountain find in an attempt to size up the untapped resources of Columbia, not necessarily because it was the most advantageous place for HEC to drill. Stands to reason, then, in light of Strain's comments at his conference, that HEC will have better luck in the next well closer to the SEV site.
