RF, quotes have been pretty good (knock on wood). I have a 56k dialup and my actual connection speed is 44k. I use an Appian Jeronimo J-3 quad video card for 4 monitors and here's what I keep up: 3 level 2 screens, 1 intraday graph, 1 market minder spreadsheet (with about 35 to 40 stocks in the list), 1 dow jones screen, and 1 big ticker with block trades running across all 4 monitors. The only time I have had problems is when I have like dell, intc and some hot runner on high volume on each level 2 screen and all three stocks are getting hit with orders. Then I notice a lil herky jerky movement and take one of the screens into something slower moving like a listed stock. I attribute that to a bandwidth issue and not a problem per se on ABW's end.

So far, the only times I have been down is sometime last February (for the entire afternoon) and once in the fall for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours (can't remember which month). I usually use my laptop when I travel and even then, with my connections in the 40 to 42k range, its been pretty consistent. Overall, its been quite a pleasant experience with ABW and this is one conclusion I have come to after utilizing a variety of brokerage firms. I hope this helps. Good luck to you.

Regards,
SH

I have been referring alot of people to watley, and have been doing nothing but praising them so here goes a complaint..

Im sidelined today, once again because the data is simply un acceptable.. Its ironic, because im now trading thru my ameritrade account and in some cases relying on their quotes..

Welp, I knew it was too good to be true.. As we speak my level II data is about 3 minutes behind.. Time to start searching again damnit...

This is definately a problem with the information coming from Watley- my other data sources are working fine both yesterday/today, while the watley feed is shot..

...I really hate HATE missing days like today.. Lots of money not made means lots of money lost. Period.
