So that being said you are saying that BRAIN HARRIS is creating a PUMP and DUMP since he is the one were the information is coming from. Do I have that correct?

Brain Harris has been in contact with me and other people on this thread. he has stated to us that there is INDEED talks going on with ISSM and that we should see news soon. So it is only fair to say that it is either BRAIN HARRIS or the many posters that say they have talked to him, including myself, are liars. Using your theory this would been the only rational explenation. Am I correct?
