antibash, What I would do would depend on the stock. I have no intention of selling AZNT. And though I certainly have a bias as to what I believe the outcome will be, it is my intention to not take an adversarial role with anyone and to base my actions wrt AZNT with the pro-AZNT bias. I am not short the stock, so it will do me no good to bash the stock and it is easier to act in the pro-AZNT mode if it is in fact in my own best interest. No subterfuge, you know where I am coming from. Both sides of AZNT are pretty much hardwired into their views so there is very little that I could prove to anyone but myself. If you are right, Hey, I benefit. If you think that there is something that I could do to benefit my position in AZNT, I would appreciate it if you shared it. JXM
