*AV* -- Whoa Nellie!!! Please get your factsa striaght on this on. A great deal of private mail went back and forth and everyone knew the price targets set. There was no way anyone was buying this stock at $19. If you go to the trading logs you will see there were only a handful of $19 shares bought, probably less than 1000, if that much. Most of the stocks was in the $15 range. even at that, we clearly estblished a sub $10 to just over $11 target. No onw should have been chasing this stock.

Furthermore, we specifically did not mention the stock by name here on Stock Swap yet. I did not want the effect you were accusing me of. there was no stock manipulation here other than the fact that this trades extremely lightly. Everyone was warned of that and EVERYONE saw these types of fluctuations previously. There has been a great deal of private mail going back anbd forth between myslef and interested people. IF you remember the prior posts that were removed becasue of your comments you will see all the risks clearly spelled out.

No one entered into this stock with their eyes closed and we are only talking about 34,000 shares being traded, which is to be considered a high volume day. Far be it from me to say the stock was not manipulated but you give me a great deal more credit than I deserve. If you check the news releases on Friday and the subsequent releases, you will clearly see that any type of "manipulation" might have been due to these very nice press releases AND possibly due to some Stock Swap savvy people that took a gamble.

If anything, more people got on board in thw $11 range and had profits presented. Its one thing to try to flim flam people and another to make people aware of the risks, the possibilities and the facts as they are presented. Getting positioned prior to the herd on an undiscovered stock is not a felony. All the information was presented and there were no mirrors used. as a matter of fact, we specifically said not to invest heavily in this stock and treat it like a trip to Vegas.

I find it hard to believe that you would respond as you did since I have been very forthright about everything here. Everyone here knows about the IMESQ and BYDSQ gambles that did not pay off (just to name 2) as well as the recenty WAVX success. WAVX was not discussed as much as it should have been when it was sub $5 but it sure as hell paid off for those that liked the idea.

the question is not of manipulation but whether you believe in an idea and are willing to take the risk early on. This is no different than being a Venture Capitalist. You never know if it will return your investment but you have enough faith in the idea to back it. You also extracted a handsome position in the company for when it does pay off.

With all of the mergers announced recently by the Internet related companies, the desire to offer a great deal of consolidated services like telephony over cable, the growth in online trading, and a host of other ideas, it made sense to me that a financial portal such as offered by company X, would be received well in the marketplace.

Don't jump my case and make the CSGI comparision when dealing with this idea. This was and will never be a "swinging from the chandelier"
BUY THIS STOCK situation. I defy you to produce any other place on SI, other than their website, where I have spammed or talked about the company in question. I have not even mentioned the name of this company in this post and am tryiong to keep everything under wraps via private mail and by glossing over the details here every so often. I still would like this community to profit by good ideas but I am not going to pester them on a continuous basis.

I can stand the heat in this kitchen when you choose to light the fires but it always amazes me that I seem to irritate you to a point where a hand grenade comes lobbing over the wall. What is it that I do that causes you to go ballistic. even if this is the world's biggest scam and I was duped, is there any reason why people could not get in prior to the pump and be the ones that sell from strong hands to weaker hands? as long as we do not spam this company and try to be part of the so-called "manipulation", why not?

I do not see you charging forth on the obvious manipulations in the high flying internet stocks like BCST that go from $60 to $275 down to $120 back to $180 and to wherever it is now. This was done over the course of literally days.

I have no fear about speaking my mind and going out on a limb. I openly admit my mistakes but it does not prevent me from bringing ideas to the group.

BYDSQ - Disaster
IMESQ - Real big Disaster but of a surprisingly criminal nature, IMO.
DY - A fricking huge success from $10 to $50
WAVX - from $5 to $12

I would appreciate you adding to this list, especially in the negative column for all to see and evaluate. I will live and die by the performance of the company we are alluded to at $15 even though realistically it should be at the $11 level. Only time will tell whether this is another dud or another decent idea. no one is being forced into blindly following me. Everyone einterested was given as much background info as possible to evaluate the risks and rewards. as new information becomes available, it will be shared. You will not see me re-printing news releases since I view this as gratuitous spam and hype.

My advice to you is not to invest and to continue making innuendo on this stock. You will either be correct and I will apologize but stand behind the idea, or you will be wrong. I will accept the consequences if I am wrong. However, I will know that those who invested took the same risks as I and believed, as I do, in the concept and idea behind the financial portal. IF not this company then it will be another company.

Andrew

BTW - the company is not talked about in the newsletter either yet. All information is also by private mail list with a notation that if they are no longer interested, I will remove them from the list.
