The best way to answer the FAQ's you get here might be to redraft the initial post on this thread providing links to where the questions are answered.

YES, ANYONE MAY RESPOND. (you'd think someone would know AND THEN WOULD BE KIND ENOUGH TO LEND A HELPING HAND!!!!!!!). Sorry I couldn't follow the earlier posts, had been put in the slammer twice and exiled to the Gulag for an even longer period. I can go with the amount (uh not the 2 mil one) just need to know who can help me, as far as I know, etrade won't !_!_!_!_!
