Hi Gaugie, you seem a little under the weather? Is it raining in Oregon, or something? It is very rainy here today, it has been rather warm off and on, and I am wondering about spring. Can't help it, being from Louisiana, it's spring there. So I think it should be spring. I heard birds chirping when I brought Nick to school this morning, and the moss on the oak trees looks greener.

I just looked out the dining room window at the flower bed, something green is poking through the dead leaves, looks like maybe a dozen somethings, probably the crocuses. I am too lazy to find my boots and go out and inspect, there are definitely green things in the flower bed.

I, too, am confused by Lisa's appropriation of Rambi's image, although I certainly can't fault her taste. Rambi is identified in my mind with Penni, who is at one and the same time the mother I wish I had, and the alter ego of Rambi, who is not "mother", although she is a generative, constructive feminine force, at least in-so-far is the protection of healthy values is constructive, even if it sometimes requires the use of deadly force. Uh-huh. So, I would say that Lisa is an imposter. But, it is something I can happily ignore.
