What Allchin should have said was that if the Feltin removal procedure was used in conjunction with Navigator, no error message would have occured, but the user would not be able to access the help files because Netscape has decided not to support MSFT's brand of DHTML and HTML help. Navigator cannot easily be used by an amateur in new Microsoft products because it would not read the help files correctly. This is a deliberate decision on NSCP's part and is the reason why IBM switched from NSCP to IE in thier PC line.
