Lots of unfulfilled promises from PRFM & a few random thoughts.

1. Where's the media blitz ? Anyone seen anything ? And that "cross-promotion" with in-store signage hardly qualifies !

2. Lets assume you do a simple search for perfume:
cujo.dogpile.com
Go to this link, note that "Perfumania" is nowhere to be found.
Search engines give "preference" to paid advertisers, PRFM has a lot to learn about the web.

3. Where's the "international" home-country purchase feature ?
Lots of global promise, as yet, no delivery.

4. Speaking of delivery, what's with the scandalous overcharge on all "international" orders, by their terms includes Hawaii & Alaska. Ten bucks plus 95 cents per item plus an undetermined amount depending on the purchase ??? Unreal - wonder if they've ever heard of flat-rate Priority Mail (2 lbs for $3.20) ? Twenty plus plus for international ? Try Global Priority for $4.25 anywhere in the world !

I was surprised to see two stores in Barstow California. Amazing (Quite the post resort area!)

4. For the record, this stock was on-the-skids intraday hours before A@P posted his trade, just like thousands of trades on hundreds of boards are done everyday, no fanfare, nothing special.

5. (insert unsubstantiated pure speculation here) If you assume the CFO had a viscious vendetta against the company, wouldn't he sell to the wall and short like crazy, knowing that his PR would be out soon ?

6. Sincere condolences to anyone that lost more than they could afford to on this affair. Whether you're long or short, learn to read both sides of the argument, pay particular attention to "red flags" which (to me at least) everywhere I looked, especially the SEC documents.
