Thanks, John. That was an interesting Canadian viewpoint of the U.S. legal system. I usually find that my Canadian friends and acquaintances have a better handle on U.S. affairs than most Americans do. Maybe it comes from being more emotionally detached, being in another country after all. I'm guessing, but did you post this link because you think the ACLU's challenge of federal/state double jeapardy (sp?) will affect Clinton's prospects of being tried on any indictments after leaving office?
