Matt and all: SEC statement, this is an amended ownership statement for Citigroup so they are just restating their ownership of Seeq. I did notice in the Proxy Statement that Travelersgroup owned 3.6 million or 11.2% of shares and in the Ownership Statement Citigroup owned 3.3 or 10.4% of shares so maybe they sold 300,000 shares.
