Chris, In the earnings CC, the CEO said that he was "relatively comfortable" with filing within the 60 day window. He also said that if they couldn't get it done in time, they would inform everyone that it was delayed. He also said that if it was done early, they would announce it early. All this means that we should hear something one way or the other by Monday if not sooner. At that point, the decision will probably be made for most of us. If it's delayed, I will probably get out and trade somewhere else until they work things out. Then I would be back. Dave

I don't know how long people will wait, but I have planned for this. As I stated in a previous post, I currently have about half the usual number of shares I play. I have funds in reserve to pick up more in one of two situations; when it starts the run or if it pulls back because of no announcement before the the date. BTW, I think NAVR will make the date.
