Helene, you just repeated what I said. The first amendment protects the individual from the government for things he says, not what he says about other individuals. I.E. If you held a protest against the government in D.C. you are protected by the 1st, and you don't have to worry about a tank running you over. Now in China. However, if you say, Martha Stewart is a pregnant lesbian from outer space (note this is not true), you are not protected by the 1st. See we agree. GROUP HUG
