Bruno When the lawsuit might be settled is almost impossible to tell. They could settle tomorrow or drag on another year. Nothing to be buying call options on. Too uncertain. I wouldn't be to anxious to buy calls on any stock that has moved up as rapidly as SNDK. The lowest price you can get on anything now is the March 30 for $2. That's too much IMHO. Wait till they come out with a 35, and buy it for under a dollar with some throw away money. Make sure you buy in March or later. Give SNDK some time to announce some good news. That might be a good play. Bill Z
