Lakers17, I agree with your analysis. My experience with litigation tells me this is a real long shot for BNEZ to win. Big companies do not simply fold and say," you're right guys, we were wrong, how much do you want?". They have deep pockets to wear a little company like BNEZ down in the court system. They would be doing a much better service to their shareholders to be open with information and report. Lack of reporting and the secrecy involving this company is what is hurting the investment and keeping many others from jumping in.
