Hi John :
I feel a lot of us are omitting the fact that the company lost approx 2.5 million on trading losses in their own stock. I know that I am partly to blame for this because I was touting the company to begin a modest repurchase program. The 2.5 million is a guess on my part from a fuzzy memory but I know they had substantial losses.

However my point is this. How much better would they be w/o the loss. Assuming a 20 % dilution of the shares ( because they could have repurchased 5 million shares at 50 cents a share ). And I'm having some difficulty figuring why they ever sold the shares and realized the loss; we would have the stock at 36 cents instead of 30 cents. They didn't need the money for capital improvements or working capital . The loss didn't affect the operations of the company and the company is busting out into new areas.
