Paul, re: Customer service could be an ongoing issue. They are upgrading the network and rolling out these services as quickly as possible. It may be a while before adequate resources are in place to support their rapidly growing customer base. UMG has recently contracted with Convergys (NYSE - CVG) for billing and customer care services. See convergys.com for the press release. CVG, by the way, is a very interesting little business itself, right in the thick of the communications revolution and very buyable at current prices. You may want to check it out.
