Note bene, I am here. I think, and am in no way intending to point fingers, but imo, the rumoured acquiring firm probably had something to do with the sell off as the stock price went over the rumoured $3 range bid.

If any of that were true, it would make me want to sell or short their stock for doing it to ours. I am not doing that now, but if the bid is raised, it will cost the other compnay more, and costing more should have more of an effect on the acquiring company's financial position and possibly lead to less attractive EPS and thus lower mkt price.

I sincerely thank MSH mgmt for turning down the bid, but if the bid was known to be in the $3 range for a long time, i would wish they turn it down much sooner. Nevertheless, good job MSH mgmt!
