Hi IR, I was wondering if you could clarify something for me?

In the SEC link that posted the other day, it looks like most of the insider shares are being sold. Is this correct? There are only 2.25mm shares out standing, and after the reported planned sales, they will be all or almost all in the float. Do I read this correctly?

SELLING SHAREHOLDERS
General
There are six selling shareholders. The selling
shareholders are acting individually, not as a group. None of
the selling shareholders or their affiliates has held any
position, office or other material relationship, other than as a
shareholder, with DynamicWeb. The identity of the selling
shareholders and the maximum number of shares of common stock
offered under this prospectus by each of them are as follows:
The Shaar Fund, Ltd. 906,730 shares(1)
Perry & Co. 45,000 shares
Joel Arberman 45,000 shares
Zazoff Associates, L.L.C. 10,000 shares
The Malachi Group, Inc. 8,500 shares
Peter Baxter, Jr. 9,500 shares <PAGE 10>

The Net can have a nasty way of turning a business plan to dust. Ask electronic data interchange supplier Harbinger (www.harbinger.com).

The Atlanta-based company is struggling to keep afloat as cheaper Web-based alternatives from the likes of IPNet Solutions Inc. and DynamicWeb Enterprises Inc. steadily fill its pockets with sand. An albatross-heavy stock price of $6 per share at press time isn't helping matters either.

I saw that....that is what lifted my eyes a few weeks ago. But I'm still a window shopper....
