Today's earnings release misrepresents the results. The true if-fully-taxed operating earnings are really only $0.03/share once you back out the interest income and the income from discontinued operations and then fully tax the result. Moreover, the revs have now been flat for three quarters suggesting that this company is plateauing and may soon head down, especially in the first quarter when most firms with application-software products experience a seasonal dip. Looks like a great short at today's closing price!
