I agree Proletariat, This land sale is the most anti-dilutative move that they could possibly make.

HELLO I SAID THEY ARE DOING IT THIS WAY THEY DO NOT HAVE DILUTE ANYMORE SHARES TO GROW THE COMPANY READ MY POST AGAIN. I think they will sell up to 3/4 of there land if needed .Let me ask you this dumb question lets say they get $200 an acre for there land and lets say 10 years from now its$ 2,000 an acre WHY IN THE WORLD AS A SHAREHOLSER DO YOU WANT THEM TO SELL ALL THERE LAND NOW???? You are staring new hype that this stock does not need my friend.
