IMO, you don't tender while the drills are turning, either way the floor has been set, so even if someone gets in now, they are not risking too much, since the offer is $5.00.

Even IF Barrick was to pull the offer, and I will go on record now as to say they will not, since their track record shows for takeovers, on ce they start a takeover they go the full nine yards.
