FNHC; CBS Marketwatch says Online Mortgages to boom-names FNHC 1s

CBS Marketwatch is reporting that a Deutsche Bank analyst has released a report pointing out online mortgage providers as the next arena of internet boom, that
online mortgages will follow closely in the wake of online brokerages - and names to tiny Finet FNHC as an early leader.

"Online sites were generating over $800 million a month in mortgages by the end of 1998, ten times the amount of online mortgage originations at the beginning of the
year, estimates Deutsche Bank analyst James Marks in a 60-page report on the industry released Monday. Using the rapid success of online stock trading as a
guide, Marks sees the fledging online mortgage industry as an area with a very steep growth curve. Online mortgages could swell to about 25 percent of the overall
market in five years, or $250 billion, he predicts."

"California's Bay Area FINET mortgage bank runs Interloan and iQualify, and both are prominent in the business he said."
