You're right RBOND, it does not work for short-term shorting. It cam however work for long-term short attacks. Case in point is BTIM. They are a biotech firm awaiting FDA approval on their Hextrend drug. They had undergone an organized short attack by Ascensio & Co. I do not own or short BTIM but their Yahoo thread is very good. Short-term shorts based on over-hyped stocks rarely if ever are affected by taking possession of securities though. JMHO. Moby.
