If oil prices remain depressed much longer there almost certainly will be some failures among the weaker OS players.

OSX up a bit after opening down slightly. Unless the market soon starts to perceive that OPEC will do something in March, I agree with Gary Burton that new OSX lows are virtually certain, But we are heavily oversold now, so a bounce is likely near term.

My perception is that most industry observers do not think OPEC will do anything meaningful anytime soon. So if they were to pull a surpise, these stocks could really take off.
