Time, Thanks for the update! These class-action lawsuits usually take a couple of years (if anything comes out of them at all). I am sure that DSTM is going to be doing their best to put on a positive conference call this Thursday! I think it is probably a bullish indicator that the third jump-on-the-bandwagon class action suit that was announced over the weekend hasn't impacted the stock at all (if fact, I think the Nasdaq is down hard 50 pts this AM and DSTM is only off 1/4).....
