Is this sale part of the 600,000 shares that they were selling before that was on Yahoo insider info??

Subject: FW: From Jeff Moore @ BDLS stock sale

Regarding the MKG stock sale (and feel free to speak to Gerry about this after the first of the year), MKG has several investments in private companies. One of those investments is backed by stock that MKG has is Boundless. From time to time that company requires cash and, as a result, MKG liquidates a small amounts of stock to meet its requirement.

From my understanding, that liquidation is done at terms most favorable to MKG. Meaning, the highest price for the stock is sought.

There is not a great amount of stock which can be used in this transaction and the liquidation is viewed by MKG as inconsequential.

Again, my opinion is, that the value of MKG's holdings in Boundless (Market Cap) has not been fairly valued by the market. Certainly, it is in MKG's best interest to hold that stock until the full value of that asset is realized.

As we prepare for the coming year, we are very encouraged by the prospects here at Boundless. I do not view the MKG stock sale as a negative. I view it as a normal business transaction that unfortunately occurs at a time when Boundless is undervalued.

Jeff
