This is a very late response, but I just had a trade inquiry go MY way for once. It is worth it to question fills. I have Level II, watched the stock sit inactive for a few minutes, made an inside bid and watched it start to fill. Imagine my surprise when NO confirm came and my phone call to find out discovered it had not filled. Well, I made the inquiry and snagged the shares although it took about 48 hours. Alot can happen in 48 hours, but in this case I wanted 'em.
