ERAW - in at $1 5/32. Posted as soon as I bought it.

News out today on it. Old CEO out (he led on that the acquisition from an Asian concern was still on to keep the price up, when indeed it had been withdrawn due to the Asian currency crisis). New CEO is a turnaround specialist. Also, recent acquisition of Digicon is expected to add $20 million in revenues and $5 million in net income to ERAW (I think that's around $0.50/share).

CMMI and VECT updates.

CMMI news regarding acquisition looks like it will come out next week vs. this week. Typically delays. I keep hearing that the acquisition and technology involved will be very major.

VECT filed their 8K on Friday. Now fully reporting. They meet all Amex listing requirements save the $3 minimum. Amex specialist has already approved the stock for listing. Acquisition news due shortly, and major push expected.

Disclaimer: I have received shares of CMMI from an outside consultant to assist with dissemination of information on the company.
