It's not reproductive rights, it's destructive rights you're after. There is always the option of adoption. You can call it any sugar-coated term you wish. As for personal liberties, there are plenty of examples of personal rights which the government has control: drug use, prostitution (legal in Nevada), euthanasia, income tax, access to prescription drugs, etc.
