Thanks Bernard,

Could you elaborate further. I was very interested in reading--

<< "Using the device a CLEC, ISP, government agency or enterprise
can rapidly deploy a network backbone infrastructure at a fraction of
the cost of laying fiber in metropolitan areas. Instant and low-cost
deployment of network links provides a competitive advantage in CLEC
environments, and improve service to users." >>

Will this device be popular in your opinion? Would it work with someone like WCII or are they already knee deep in P-com like equipment? Basically, trying to get a figure on if this mrvc product is pretty cool or not? ;-)

thanks

Dr Levy or anyone else,

How does WinStar guarantee uptime if there is loss of electrical power. Obviously there is not this problem with regular phone lines, as it is powered internally and does not depend on the home/building's power. Does WinStar have a problem with this?

Thanks,
Alex K.
