Is there a Federal Reserve meeting today? I have heard rumors that there might be a interest rate hike coming. Would that be good for oil prices?

BS lowers avg NG price for 99 from 2.15 to 1.95--sees no catalyst for higher prices near term.---Is not 80% of GofM drilling gas related and not oil at all? ---BS says OPEC may cut oil prod in March but mkt may 'wait and see' since many expect cheating -also it won't help gas and gas is where it's at in the GofM right now.
