there are reasons large cap stocks have high prices and micro caps have low prices... the reasons don't USUALLY change overnight . in other words, large caps have a certain strength... add to that a few silly things - like analyst coverage, institutional interest - and - voila - you have the difference between things like AMZN and Perfumania. of course , it happens on occaision that micro caps will have a huge runup that is sustainable, but statistically , it is a low %age

The reason being, a shorter shorts a stock that sucks when people that don't have a CLUE are googly eyed over it and have run out of money to artificially inflate the price. Good luck, Hraka
